- Day 1 : Arrive Delhi
Upon arrival at Delhi International Airport, you will be met by a representative and transferred to the hotel where you will be assisted for the check in. Overnight stay at hotel. - Day 2 : Delhi – Guwahati - Potassali 160 Kms // Approx 6 hrs
Early morning transfer to airport to borad the flight for Guwahati. Upon arrival, you will be met & assisted by a representative and transferred by private car to Potasali. Check In at hotel. At Potasali, near the picturesque Jia Bhoroli River, a camping facility has been set up for nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts called ECO CAMP. Visit the Nameri Wildlife Sanctuary, which has recently come into international focus with several sightings of the rare and endangered White-winged Wood Duck. The Wildlife Sanctuary is also the home of the prized game fish of the Indian sub-continent, the Golden Mahaseer. After an early breakfast drive to Dirang. En-route visits the Tipi Orchid Research Center in West Kameng district where more than 500 species of rare orchids have been collected. Dirang is a place where high altitude sheep are breaded, and is an inhabitant of Monpa tribe of Arunachal Pradesh. After breakfast drive to Tawang, a Buddhist pilgrimage site, where the Dalai Lama, the spiritual leader of the Tibetans, goes to preach and pray. En route visit Yak breeding center. Afternoon free to explore the downtown. Overnight at Hotel / Lodge. - Day 5 : In Tawang Full day sightseeing of Tawang.
After breakfast visit the Buddhist monastery, which is 400 years old, accommodates over 500 monks, and houses priceless Buddhist texts and scriptures. Monastery, constructed in the 17th century, is even today the local point of Spiritual life of the Buddhist of the region. After lunch drive to visit the beautiful high altitude Peti Tso Lake (altitude 10, 000ft.). - Day 6 : Tawang – Bomdila 185 Kms // Approx 8 Hrs
After early breakfast drive to Bomdila, a picturesque mountain covered with snow during the winters. Monpa, Khawa, Miji & Bhugaun are the main tribes of this area. In this region people follow the Mahayana Buddhists. Evening witness the tribal dances followed by a special dinner with Tribles. Morning drive to Itanagar the state capital. Evening visit the State Museum where the life-style have been depicted, with help of maps and miniature diagrams. Early morning drive to Ziro enroute visit Nishi villages. Ziro is almost a level valley enclosed on all sides by pine-clad low stooping hills.
